How did you join Ålö? In a few words could you describe your main tasks in your position?
I join Ålö in 2019 when I wanted to develop myself further in my role as HR Business Partner. In my role I support and coach managers in different HR areas such as recruitment, working environment, rehabilitation and leadership. I am also working with developing our HR policies and routines, employees surveys, employer branding and onboarding program.
What is your professional background?
Before I joined Ålö I was working as HR Business Partner at Volvo for seven years. I also have a Bachelor degree in HR from the University of Umeå.
Why is Ålö an attractive employer?
What I like most about Ålö is that I am able to work in a company where I can work independently but also have experienced collugues by my side. I like that we can affect and be a part of the HR development. It is exiting to work in a global company where I learn new things and develop myself every day.
