I first joined as a University Co-op-student in the department of production engineering. I have been with the company since.

Owner of the warranty process and global claim analytics. Leader of global cross-functional product quality investigations.

What type of background is needed for your job?

Competence in project leading, quality tools and processes, hydraulics, mechanical engineering/mechatronics. Fluency in English.

What’s the best thing about working at Ålö?
I think there are many good things. The social atmosphere is welcoming and supportive. The structure of the organization gives you a good chance to streamline your area of responsibility. Also the experiences of travelling, meeting interesting people, products and processes! There is a natural sense of pride of our products and our captivating company history.
