How did you join Ålö? In a few words could you describe your main tasks in your position?
I started my carreer at Ålö as a summer employee in the Order Management team during my studies. I graduated two years ago and I am now a part of the Global Logistics team. In my role as Supply Chain Planner I am responsible for inventory management at our European DCs. My tasks include defining inventory strategies for different product groups, managing stock levels and phasing in/out products. I am also supporting our sales companies in supply chain related issues.
What type of background is needed for your job?
An interest in business and supply chain management. It is important to be flexible and to enjoy the mix of working both independently and in teams. My role is perfect if you, like me, are motivated by problem solving!
