How did you join JOST Umeå?  In a few words could you describe your main tasks in your position?
I started my carreer as a summer employee in the Order Management team during my studies. I graduated two years ago and I am now a part of the Global Logistics team. In my role as Supply Chain Planner I am responsible for inventory management at our European DCs. My tasks include defining inventory strategies for different product groups, managing stock levels and phasing in/out products. I am also supporting our sales companies in supply chain related issues. 

What type of background is needed for your job?
An interest in business and supply chain management. It is important to be flexible and to enjoy the mix of working both independently and in teams. My role is perfect if you, like me, are motivated by problem solving!

What is the best thing about working at JOST Umeå?
The best thing about working at JOST Umeå is being part of an organization that is constantly moving forward. It is truly inspiring to be surrounded by so many people who are passionate about developing and improving both our processes and our products.

About JOST Umeå

JOST Umeå is part of JOST Group which is a world-leading producer and supplier of safety-critical systems for the commercial vehicle industry. Under the umbrella brand of JOST, the comprehensive range of products is broken down into systems for applications on the road and in agriculture.
