In a few words could you describe your main tasks in your position?
I am responsible for the coordination and management of all administrative duties relating to our CEO and also our previous Management Group. I am the point of contact for office suppliers, handle the Quicke merch and our webshop, involved in travel bookings, external meetings, conferences, visitors, customer events other staff social events or activities. I also assist our global Marketing department with major shows, product launches and customer visits.
What type of background is needed for your job?
You may not need an academic degree to do my kind of job. You will get very far by having a positive and service minded approach. Being flexible, open minded and able to handle several projects/tasks at the same time.
What’s the best thing about working at Ålö?
For me personally, it’s the variety of tasks that I have had the pleasure of doing during my 18 years. Everything from opening the daily post to travelling around the world “Quickefying” our offices and factories. No two days are the same. I also like the fact that we are a global, fast growing and world leading company.
