How did you join Ålö? In a few words could you describe your main tasks in your position?
I joined Ålö at the beginning of January 2016. I started as responsible for the Service Department at Ålö France which was a job with great variety. I managed technical issues with dealers, cooperate with the Service Department in Sweden to find technical solutions and product reliability improvement. From July 2018, I started a new role as Service Marketing Manager within Ålö AB After Sales organisation. I’m working on finding, designing and launch service solutions to help Quicke dealers and end user to use and service our products in a smarter way. I’m among other topics developing extended warranty solutions on loaders, service tools and spare parts E-commerce.
What type of background is needed for your job?
You need to have a good technical knowledge about tractors, loaders, hydraulics and electricity/electronics. You need to know how After Sales business in different countries is. It is also important to have the ability to establish good relations with dealers to understand their needs in the way to provide right solutions. We have to understand in what way our products and linked services needs to be improved, with the goal to ensure end customer satisfaction.
What motivates you at work?
What motivates me the most is the possibility to be involved in several different tasks and projects, and also to have contact with a lot of people. There’s no walls between different departments, which I think is very positive for Ålö’s continued growth and success.
