How did you join Ålö? In a few words could you describe your main tasks in your position?
After 15 years working for Bosch Rexroth, it was time for a new challenge. Exchanging process and manufacturing industry for the mobile industry and tractors felt like a challenging new task. Working in Sales for an international company like Ålö needs you to understand the different cultures but also to keep the customer in focus and that they feel they are important.
What type of background is needed for your job?
Working in Sales, I believe a solid technical background in combination with product knowledge is an advantage and a good start. Selling benefits and advantages to the customer is something that is close to my heart and makes it fun to be at work and establishing business with customers.
What’s the best thing about working at Ålö?
In my old company we were always talking about the spirit within the company, and I really feel the same in Ålö and that the whole organization are engaged to produce the best products for the customers.
