Quality Performance Coordinator
Do you want to play a key strategic role in shaping product quality in a global industrial organization? We are now looking for a Quality Performance Coordinator who will ensure that customer feedback is systematically captured, analyzed, and transformed into actionable priorities and improvements.
About the role
In this role, you will coordinate and prioritize inputs from the Quality Analyst team and ensure that claims databases are updated accurately and in a timely manner. You will consolidate and analyze claims data to identify top offenders, recurring issues, and emerging trends. You will have a key role in driving and supporting product quality and safety for our customers.
Your main responsibilities include:
Initiate, coordinate and prioritize quality actions with local and global cross-functional teams.
Establish and lead regular meetings with sales countries and regions to capture customer feedback.
Ensure timely communication of customer concerns and expectations to relevant stakeholders.
Provide input to the product quality team regarding areas requiring root cause analysis and corrective actions.
Report regularly in established forums on the status of problem resolution and improvement initiatives.
Collaborate with product quality team to translate customer insights and feedback into well-prioritized and effective improvements.
Your profile
We are looking for a structured, analytical and relationship-oriented professional with solid knowledge of quality and continuous improvement processes. You are confident in decision-making and prioritization and have a proactive mindset. As the role involves extensive collaboration with both internal and external stakeholders, excellent communication and presentation skills are essential. You have a coaching leadership style and the ability to drive processes forward. You believe that success is achieved through collaboration.
We see that you have:
A Bachelor´s degree in Quality Engineering or a related field
Experience working with quality investigations
Knowledge of LEAN principles, root cause analysis and tools such as 8D and FMEA
Strong analytical skills
The ability to consolidate complex data into actionable & understandable insights
Experience in communication and facilitation in global environments.
Experience working with digital problem-solving tools and data analytics platforms.
Professional working proficiency in English
You are proactive, solution-oriented, and driven by development. You are curious, enjoy learning, take responsibility, and want to contribute to continuous improvement and change.
