How did you join JOST Umeå? In a few words could you describe your main tasks in your position?
After 15 years working for Bosch Rexroth, it was time for a new challenge. Exchanging process and manufacturing industry for the mobile industry and tractors felt like a challenging new task. Working in Sales for an international company like JOST Umeå needs you to understand the different cultures but also to keep the customer in focus and that they feel they are important.
What type of background is needed for your job?
Working in Sales, I believe a solid technical background in combination with product knowledge is an advantage and a good start. Selling benefits and advantages to the customer is something that is close to my heart and makes it fun to be at work and establishing business with customers.
What’s the best thing about working at JOST Umeå?
In my old company we were always talking about the spirit within the company, and I really feel the same at JOST Umeå and that the whole organization are engaged to produce the best products for the customers.

About JOST Umeå
JOST Umeå is part of JOST Group which is a world-leading producer and supplier of safety-critical systems for the commercial vehicle industry. Under the umbrella brand of JOST, the comprehensive range of products is broken down into systems for applications on the road and in agriculture.
Within our Quicke brand we produce front loaders, implements, backhoes and control systems for tractors. The JOST brand includes fifth wheel couplings, landing gears, ball bearing turntables, king pins and container locks as well as components for alternating systems.
