How did you join Ålö? In a few words could you describe your main tasks in your position?
I start to work at Alo 1990 in production after a recommendation from a good friend. After working in production for some years, I have worked in a different positions in the company. Just now I work at Product integration as a Senior Mechanical Design Engineer since 2015. My duties are to adapt our products to agricultural tractors, this job includes mechanical, hydraulic, EL construction and have good contact with our end customer.

What type of background is needed for your job?
A good background is to be technically interested, enjoy working on tractors and solving problems. A technical engineer education is good to have with you.

What´s the best thing about working at Ålö?
The challenge and the variety in my job. I really enjoy that I am able to travel a lot in my role and meet new people.
